A MemberCard® debit card provides safe and secure access to your account(s) through a worldwide network of ATMs and most retail merchants in Canada and the US. It gives you the freedom to access your funds instantly. All you need is your own Personal Identification Number (PIN) which you can obtain and/or change any time you feel you need to at your branch.

Lost or Stolen MemberCard®?
Once we are advised, you are not liable for any money removed from your account without your permission. You can report a lost or stolen MemberCard® debit card during regular business hours by calling one of our branches. After hours, please call 1-800-LOST-111 (1-800-567-8111).
