Login with your MemberCard number
In order to provide our members with the most up-to-date and secure online banking experience, all Mainstreet members will sign-in to online and telephone banking using their MemberCard® personal account number - found across the front of your debit card/MemberCard®.
With this new system, members will be able to view and perform a variety of transactions on all accounts that they are joint/tied to in their main online banking environment without having to sign-in to each individual account.
What do I require?
All members without a MemberCard® debit card, and all joint account holders who do not individually have a MemberCard® (and/or their own personal access code to login to online banking), will require one.
Please contact your nearest branch and your representative will be happy to assist you in getting set-up with a card and a personal access code (PAC).
- To login you will enter all digits found across the front of your MemberCard® debit card.
- Enter your online personal access code (PAC).
- If you will be banking regularly on the same computer - for your convenience, MemberDirect® can memorize your MemberCard® number information, and then each time you login you will not be required to re-enter your debit card digits - just your password.
