  • If you have online banking, you must vote using one of the methods listed above. If you do not have online banking, please see someone in your branch for assistance.
  • There is only one vote allowed per member share. To assist you with logging into online banking or the mobile app, please note the below scenarios:
    • Joint Accounts with a Single Member Share: The ability to vote is associated with the “primary account holder”; therefore, the primary account holder will need to be logged into online banking/mobile app under their own MemberCard/debit card number in order to be recognized as being eligible to vote.
    • Joint Accounts with Multiple Member Shares: If the joint account has multiple member shares, each member will need to have their own online banking access. Each member with a member share will need to log into online banking, under their own MemberCard/debit card number in order to be recognized as being eligible to vote.
    • Multiple Accounts: If you have a joint account with a single member share, and you are listed as a secondary member on the joint account, but you have a separate account that contains your member share, you will need to have online banking set up on this account and you will need to log into online banking, under their own MemberCard/debit card number in order to be recognized as being eligible to vote.
  • If you have your own member share and are having difficulty logging in, or being recognized as being eligible to vote, please contact your branch for assistance.
