We are proud to introduce a brand-new way for you to access Mainstreet’s individualized financial advice and account services through our new Mainstreet Member Experience Centre.

You can reach out to the centre for a wide variety of financial needs:

  • Advice: Ask your financial questions and have a Mainstreet advisor provide you financial advice that's unique and tailored to your needs.
  • Product and Services: Review your current account line-up or other financial products and services with Mainstreet and discuss if there are others that may help you reach your financial goals.
  • Day-to-day banking activities: setting up bill payments, fund transfers, and more.
  • Sign-up or learn more about our online banking/mobile app or other new convenient options available to you as a member.

After-hours services

Mya is Mainstreet's Chatbot which is a virtual assistant that is available in the chat feature on our website. When you select to use our chatbot (within the chat feature on our website) you can type your question and Mya will search for an answer and respond in the chat box. Mya, Mainstreet's virtual assistant, is available to help you 24/7.

You can also e-mail or leave us a voicemail and a MEC representative will respond when we re-open on the next business day.
