Mainstreet is excited to have officially launched the refreshed digital banking experience for all personal and business members. The new experience has the features members are familiar with and use today in online banking and our app, with an updated look and feel and easier navigation.
How do I get the refreshed online banking experience?
Starting November 2, upon logging in with your current login and password to online banking, you will automatically experience the new look and feel.
How do I get the refreshed mobile app experience?
- If you already have the Mainstreet banking app installed with automatic updates enabled - you will automatically experience the new app look and feel.
- If you already have the Mainstreet banking app installed with manual updates - please take a moment to update your app (visit the app store on your device, search Mainstreet Credit Union and click the update button). You will be required to update the app on November 29 to continue to use it if it hasn't been updated by that time.
- If you do not currently have the Mainstreet banking app - you can download it from your devices app store by searching "Mainstreet Credit Union".
What remains the same?
The functionality you are familiar with today (your left menu options) remain the same with a freshened look and feel.
Your login credentials are not changing. You can continue to login using your existing member number and password. Please note that if you saved your login information to your browser you will likely need to re-enter it on your first sign-in upon launch of the new online banking. Important Note: It is more secure to use the "remember me on this device" function on the login page. This function will remember your membercard login but will require you to input your password at each login.
Changes to be aware of when doing your banking on or after the new environment has launched
- If using biometric login (face or fingerprint) on the mobile banking app), you will need to select "Remember me" before you login. This will then give you the option to edit your "Face/Touch ID" options in the settings menu.
- If you would like to use Quickview and see the balance of up to three accounts without logging in, you will need to select "Remember me" before you login.
- If you have saved your password, you will need to re-save it in the refreshed experience.
