We were always renting but then we saw the house we truly wanted and knew we had to act fast. As first-time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect but could not have been happier with Mainstreet. Where can you say you got more then you expected and planned? Well with Mainstreet we received a lower rate than the bank was offering us, we were approved for and could afford a better house then we were originally planning on purchasing, and we feel we received the best possible service.
With the bank before I just felt like a number and that they didn’t know us. At Mainstreet our advisor took care of all our finances so she kept all this info in mind when she was looking at mortgage options for us. She was able to determine that a consolidated loan was the best option for us to save the most amount of money overall.
With the mortgage being first time buyers we had so many questions. Our advisor provided us with her direct cell number for anything we needed and we would text or call her with questions throughout the process- she was always there with a quick reply back – she was incredible.
We trust our advisor so much- she is always looking for ways to help us out financially and whatever she recommends we do! Because of her and her help and advice we were able to move from the world of renting to owning our own home.
