Focusing on customer service, generous servings, low prices, and fresh baked waffle cones, Ice Cream Galore has been scooping up summer memories near the bridge in Sarnia since 1977.
In 2007 Holly & Andrew Howell took over as proud owners/operators. They have been banking with Mainstreet for over 9 years and share “Mainstreet has always given us exceptional service. We find the focus is more on what the customer needs and not fitting us into a box- this has enabled us to operate our business in a more flexible way” says Andrew. “There is definitely something to be said about small town customer service that is more client based. The member service representatives have always been fantastic – the separate business desk at the Exmouth Branch in Sarnia is fantastic because of the added privacy and a dedicated spot to go for all our business needs”
